Summary[]
It has been three days since Milo encountered Crimson Vine. San and Nano devise a plan to protect Milo: San walks Milo to school and on the way back while Nano watches over him from a buliding top across his classroom.
As San and Milo walk home, Nano envies the relationship San has with her master and fears that her arrival has threatened it. She is alarmed to spot Willow Lee by the curb. She sweeps down but Willow Lee runs away, and San puts her guard on. Willow Lee lures Nano to abandoned building and hides in one of the floors. She assumes that she is too fast for Nano and can buy more than the three minutes she was supposed to as per Chacha's orders. Nano contemplates negotiating to avoid violence but decides to kill after Willow Lee throws a stone at her. Suddenly, the building begins to collapse.
